Your dog will not be staying in a large, busy boarding facility surrounded by dozens of other dogs. The number of guests is deliberately limited, allowing me to give each dog enough rest, attention and activity.
Every dog has their own room with a comfortable place to sleep and a private outdoor area. There are also several play fields where your dog can move, sniff and relax safely.
I follow your dog’s familiar routine as closely as possible while considering their personality and individual needs. This helps their stay feel comfortable and familiar, even while you are away.

During their stay, your dog’s day includes a balance of rest, activity and enrichment. Exactly what they need will depend on their age, energy level and personality.

Big, small or happiest
on your lap
At Canine Concepts, your dog’s breed or size is not what matters most. An energetic large dog may need something completely different from a small companion who prefers staying close to someone.
That is why I consider every guest individually. Before their stay, we discuss what your dog is used to, what makes them happy and which situations they prefer to avoid. This also allows small, sensitive or more cautious dogs to feel safe and comfortable.
Is the dog hotel right
for your dog?
Before a first stay, I need sufficient information about your dog. This includes their daily routine, behaviour around other dogs, sensitivities and any other important needs.
Based on this information, I consider whether the dog hotel is the right environment and how I can prepare for their stay. Being open about your dog’s behaviour and needs is important. It allows us to create a safe and positive experience together.
Practical arrangements
Places at the dog hotel are limited. Booking well in advance is recommended, particularly for weekends and holiday periods.
Drop-off and collection times are agreed beforehand and must be respected. This allows me to protect the calm routine and planning of all dogs staying at the hotel. If exceptional circumstances cause a delay, please let me know as soon as possible.
