Do you charge a kilometre allowance?Yes, 10km return cost included in the price for home lessons. Travel cost is based on a return journey.

Does my dog have to be vaccinated to stay with you?Yes, we require proof of vaccinations and parasite treatments before their arrival. We also accept titration tests.
I am afraid of leaving my dog somewhere new, can I visit first?Absolutely, we are more than happy for you to come and see where your dogs will be staying for their duration here and discuss what kind of daily activities they will be involved in.
I am only available in the evenings or weekends, can I still book with you?Yes, of course! We work around our client's needs and try our best to be readily available to you.
I have never trained in any kind of sport such as agility before, do I need to have prior experience?Novice owners are always welcome as well as those that have had more experience. We take the training at the pace which is best for you and your dog and most of all make sure everyone is having fun at the same time!
Is the agility outdoors?Yes, our agility equipment is situated in a fully enclosed private field where you won't have the worry or stress of your dog getting loose.
My dog is not castrated or sterillised, are they still welcome?Since we do not require dogs to have to be social with other dogs both are absolutely welcome. We cannot however accept females that are in season due to the disturbance and distress it will cause to our other guests, so please be mindful of this when booking your dogs stay.
My dog has special requirements are they still welcome?All dogs are welcome regardless of their requirements, we adjust to their needs.
My dog isn't very social, are they still welcome?All dogs are welcome here. There is no neccessity to be social with other dogs or people. The only limitation that would require a trial stay first are dogs that have severe separation anxiety. We wouldn't want your best friends to be severely stressed their entire stay and it is very difficult to console dogs that are afraid of being alone.
What about safety? Can dogs escape?Safety is of course one of our biggest priorities here. We have 24-hour surveillance cameras, including one in each dogs room and playing fields. We also have a two-gate system here which means in the event one dog would escape, they would only come against another gate. The external perimeter of our property has fencing 1.8m high around the entire area. The internal fields have fencing of 1.6m. The dog rooms have panels 2m high. So, as you can see we are well covered on the safety aspects.
What should I bring for my dog’s stay?We have everything your dog will need here. so don't worry about packing an enitre suitcase. You just need to bring your dogs food and passport with you. If you think your dog would prefer their favourite toy or bed then you are welcome to bring that with you too. We all have our comforts.
What time can I drop off or collect my dog from the dog hotel?Drop-off and collection:

Saturday: 09:00–12:00
