Agility Training

Get moving together
Much more than an obstacle course
During agility training, you guide your dog through a course made up of different obstacles. It is not simply about moving as quickly as possible. You learn to communicate clearly, your dog learns to trust your guidance and, most importantly, you work together.
Every session is tailored to what you and your dog need. Some dogs are full of energy and enjoy an active challenge. Others benefit from gently introduced exercises that encourage them to try something new.
No previous experience is required. We start with the basics and build up each exercise step by step.
For dogs who enjoy being active
Agility may be a great activity if you:
- Want to spend active, enjoyable time with your dog
- Are looking for more variety alongside your daily walks
- Want to improve the way you work together
- Would like to challenge your dog in an enjoyable way
- Want to help your dog become more confident
- Are looking for a new hobby to enjoy together
Your dog’s breed or size does not determine the training. I consider their age, health, energy level and personality and adapt the exercises accordingly.
At your own pace
Not every dog immediately approaches a new obstacle with complete confidence, and that is perfectly fine. We take the time to introduce your dog to the equipment without pressuring them to progress faster than they are comfortable with.
The focus is on positive experiences and clear communication. This keeps the sessions enjoyable and gives both you and your dog the opportunity to progress at your own pace.
Training takes place in a fully enclosed private field, providing a calm and secure environment in which to practise.
What you will practise together
Depending on your experience and goals, we can work on:
- Becoming familiar with different pieces of agility equipment
- Moving through a course safely and with control
- Clear signals and guidance
- Maintaining focus while working together
- Balance, coordination and body awareness
- Confidence when facing new challenges
- Enjoyment and connection between you and your dog
The course and level of difficulty are always adapted to your current abilities. The aim is not to perform as quickly as possible, but to learn and have fun together.
